We’re sharing our New Year’s Resolutions for 2024 that outline the continuation of our visionary goals. Empowering Indigenous People Through Employment and Collaboration

Supporting and empowering Indigenous people is at the heart of our mission. As we enter a new year, we are committed to strengthening our work to create connections for Aboriginal communities. And strive to build better pathways for Indigenous families in Australia through recruitment, training, community outreach, and more.

In 2024, we continue striving towards:

How do we do it?

Collaborating On Indigenous Career Support

Working together is essential to achieving the goal of enfranchising Aboriginal Australians. When different organisations and people work together, they can pool their resources, expertise, and networks to create a more significant impact.

Our partnerships are more than working relationships; they are our family!

Our Community Liaison Officer has been part of the Woolooga Solar Farm project. Together with Pandanus Workforce, over eight months, we’ve proudly supplied more than 30 skilled employees, contributing their expertise to this sustainable energy project.

The IE Project is a Darwin-based organisation that uses cutting-edge methods to help Indigenous Australians all around the NT find gainful work. New Recruitment and Administration Officer Mehayla Konatic joining the team in June is the beginning of many incredible success stories.

Pandanus Workforce Solutions are labour hire management and workforce engagement consultants. From workforce-managed services to mentorship and career counselling, Pandanus Workforce has you covered in all areas of recruitment and cultural assistance. Their new Relationship Manager, Jason Greene, is part of the driving force taking workforce solutions to the next level.

Mumpara Group’s Supply Nation Partnership

Supply Nation provides Australia’s largest certified Indigenous business database and we’re on track to become a Supply Nation Certified Supplier. This fantastic organisation educates businesses about the social impact of their purchasing power, connects Indigenous businesses with buyers and verifies all Indigenous referral partner businesses.

This supports Mumpara’s work by accessing a broader network of corporate, government, and not-for-profit organisations committed to working with Indigenous businesses.
