Empowering Indigenous people to achieve

Empowering Indigenous people to achieve

Mumpara Group is a nationwide family of nonprofit and profit-for-purpose companies that all share the same goal: To empower Indigenous families to holistically break the cycle of generational welfare dependency.

We work together to genuinely help Indigenous communities and forge strong connections between those communities and the greater Australian community.

We do this by bringing Indigenous peoples, recruitment agencies, training organisations, civil contracting groups, and community leaders together to nurture Indigenous careers, personal growth, and prosperity.
